I’ve been working out with Alex now for almost 6 weeks, and I’m definitely seeing and feeling the benefits. During our weekly sessions, I know that I am 110% Alex’s priority, and so I’m getting more out of every workout thanks to his attentiveness, his feedback and his advice. Equally, he’s made me enjoy working out and not just during our training sessions. The sessions themselves are great, not just the training but the rapport too. We have a laugh, he pushes you to your limit safely, and you end the workout feeling good about yourself and what you achieved. Alex has really boosted my confidence in everyday life and in the sports I partake in. From the first meeting, he’s been very supportive and really helped me achieve my goals by creating a plan that he adjusted for my needs. When I came to him with the problems I was suffering, within days or weeks I made massive progress and started understanding what and why I’m training for.

I’ve been working with Alex for a few months now and I’m extremely happy with the progress we’re making. He’s helped me drop a good bit of weight and I’m starting to see noticeable muscle development. He’s a very nice, friendly guy but will push you as far as needed to see real results. I’ve been training with Alex for around a month now and would easily recommend him to anyone looking to improve their strength and fitness! He is extremely supportive throughout the workouts, and more importantly, between them, offering constant advice on diet, general health, and how I’m finding the sessions. After a month of training, I’m still seeing progress by adding more weight or more reps every single workout.

Passionate, patient, and professional. Gym personal training isn’t a job everyone can do properly, but Alex is one of those PTs who knows exactly what he’s doing. No matter what you need, he has the right knowledge and methods to train you and move you towards your goals. Top coach and a top person. Very clear and easy to understand the directions he’ll push you in. He explains everything in great detail and allows you to learn why you do certain things, rather than just telling you to do them.

I’ve just finished training with Alex and have made incredible progress. My main benchmark being an 80 kg one-rep max on the barbell bench after only 3 months in the gym!
